Some of our services include:
- cement remediation to walkways and parking areas
- roof top inspection and chimney/vent repairs
- exterior of building inspected, reports including photos provided if any concerns found
- caulking to various places such as window frames, around balconies, doors
- repairs to wood trims and siding*
- winterizing of building
- spring cleaning such as moss removal, gutter cleaning, removing various natural waste
- gutter and drain clearing
- securing and replacing flashings if needed
- balcony and deck inspection and repairs if needed*
- aerial inspection with latest drone technology**
